IMPROVEMENT AUTHORIZATION FORM
This form is for replacement or changes to common and limited elements. Examples are replacing windows, doors, patio concrete, and fencing. Any project that involves the removal and the replacement of common and limited elements must be approved prior to any work. It is also required that all contractors that work on our property are licensed, bonded, and insured. For general maintenance items that do not involve the above, please use the "Maintenance Repair Form". Any questions, please contact the Management Company.
